Bright Spectrum Candy Co. is so much more than a place to find delicious, crunchy treats. It is a true labor of love, born right here in Texas out of a deep, unwavering dedication to my family.
As a mom, everything I do is for my child. My little one is on the spectrum and bravely navigates multiple physical and mental disabilities. Our daily life is a unique and beautiful journey. Every single day, my child inspires me through his resilience, and everything I do is to ensure that he has the best support and accommodations available.
My educational background in clinical psychology, along with my hands-on experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, gave me the tools to understand, advocate for, and support my child’s unique developmental needs. However, I also needed a way to provide for our family that offered the flexibility to be fully present for every therapy appointment, milestone, and moment of specialized care my child desperately needs.
This is exactly how Bright Spectrum Candy Co. came to be!
We take classic, beloved candies and use the magic of freeze-drying to transform them into light, airy, and intensely flavorful delights that melt in your mouth. Each and every batch is made with so much love and care. When you treat yourself to our dainty sweets, you aren’t just satisfying a sweet tooth, you are directly supporting my child’s ongoing care, therapies, and future.
